Construction Re-Registration information April 5th and 6th

Please be advised as required by the current Laborers’ Local 773 Job Referral Rules, construction re-registration is scheduled for April 5th and 6th 2021 from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.

You must report to Local 773 between these hours if you are unemployed and are seeking employment. Failure to comply with this re-registration will cause your name to be removed from the out-of-work list.

Laborers’ Local 773 referral Rules Section 3. F. An applicant’s registration of availability for referral shall be in effect for one year (12 months). The filing of a signed registration would take place on the first Monday and Tuesday in April of each calendar year. An applicant must again register his or her availability before the expiration of that period in order to retain his or her position on the out-of-work list.

Please print the attached re-registration packet including Skill Sheet, Fringe Benefit Form and Supplemental Working Dues Authorization Form and return to this office in person on April 5th or April 6th if you are not working. If you are currently working, please complete and return all three forms either via email to laborer@local773.com, or USPS mail to 5102 Ed Smith Way, Marion, IL 62959 or deliver to our office drop box located in front of our building. Please be advised on the days of re-registration, due to strict CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 the following rules will apply:

1. a limited number of members will be allowed inside the building at one time. 

2. for your safety and the safety of others members MUST wear a face covering to re-register. There will be no exceptions. 

3. you must remain a safe distance away from the staff and each other, gathering inside and outside of the building is discouraged.
